We understand it can be confusing or difficult to do firmware updates -- which firmware launcher should I use? What's the latest update? Can I do this on a Mac? Let us streamline the process and take away the headache.
If you have multiple devices you wish to send, please select the option that matches the number of devices. Note that there is a discount incorporated for sending multiple items.
Here are the devices that we can update. If you do not see your device on the list, please submit a contact form to check to see if it is something that we can update. Please also note that we list the Godox OEM names for flashes, transmitters, and such; if you have an off-brand version (such as Flashpoint...ick) then please look for the Godox version of that device on the list.
Please ship your devices to our corporate office address listed below. You cover the cost of shipping your item(s) to us. The $9.95 shipping charge added to your order covers return shipping up to 10 pounds. If your return shipment will be larger than that, we will send a separate invoice for the exact shipping cost less the $9.95 initial payment.
